The Three-Year Accreditation is an indication of the organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served. It also represents two years of comprehensive preparation and diligent staff support and engagement to position George Junior Republic in Pennsylvania to acquire this initial accreditation.
This decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be given to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. George Junior Republic in Pennsylvania received the Three-Year Accreditation by participating in a thorough peer review process. It demonstrated to a team of surveyors during a three-day virtual interview process its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.
George Junior Republic in Pennsylvania began delivering services to youth in 1909. Today, the organization is one of the largest employers in Mercer County and takes pride in the services provided to over 60,000 male youth over the last 112 years.
