Nathan Gressel
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As CEO, Nate oversees the day-to-day operations and business activities of George Junior Republic and the five affiliate companies to ensure the organization is results driven and consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Jerry Savo
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As CFO, Jerry is responsible for all financial functions of George Junior Republic and the five affiliated entities. Oversight involves planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the organization’s financial functions to ensure the stewardship of corporate assets and financial reporting to management, Boards of Directors, and outside agencies as needed.

RISK OFFICER
The Risk Officer oversees compliance and risk mitigation within the operating companies of George Junior Republic. This includes quality and outcomes measurement and management.
John Horgan
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
John is responsible for oversight of all George Junior Republic in Pennsylvania operations, including all treatment homes and units, direct care staff, transition care team, Adventure Based Counseling facility, program department and clinical staff. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the Grove City Area School District, local law enforcement and the Office of Children, Youth and Families.
Brandy Stark
VICE PRESIDENT OF
GEORGE JUNIOR REPUBLIC
IN INDIANA
Brandy is responsible for all George Junior Republic in Indiana operations including oversight of Comprehensive Services, Drug and Alcohol programming, Family Preservation, Diagnostic Evaluations, Older Youth Services, and all community-based services in 46 counties across Indiana.
Megan Grivas

PREVENTATIVE AFTERCARE
Megan oversees the operations of comprehensive, family focused, and community-based programs in counties across Pennsylvania and Ohio including Intensive, Family Based Mental Health, Truancy Prevention, Prison Visitation, Diversion, Balanced & Restorative Justice, Drug and Alcohol, and Independent Living.
Susan Boland
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
As Human Resources Officer, Susan develops, evaluates and implements human resources policies and programs for George Junior Republic. She also oversees the fundraising efforts for the organization. Please contact Susan if you have questions about fundraising or development.
Bryan Redfoot

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Bryan provides oversight, management, and supervision to the IT department.
Fred Harris
FACILITY MANAGER
Fred is responsible for the overall supervision of GJR and Affiliates physical plants. He oversees maintenance, auto shop, capital projects, and capital improvements.
