Raelyn Reisker
Campus Supervisor
Raelyn Reisker began her career at George Junior Republic in 2018 as a Recreation Supervisor and has since progressed through various roles, including Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Case Manager, and Residential Manager. She now proudly serves as the organization’s first female Campus Supervisor.
In 2022, Raelyn became a certified CARE Educator, and in 2025, she earned her certification as a CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor. She is currently working toward certification as a Safe Crisis Management (SCM) Instructor. Raelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and plans to pursue a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology in the near future.
During my time at George Junior Republic, I have served in a variety of roles—including Recreation Supervisor, Clinical Manager, Case Manager, Residential Manager, and currently as a Campus Supervisor. Throughout these years, I have witnessed many staff members come and go; some have left a particularly lasting impression on me through their positive, transformative interactions with the youth we serve.
When the CARE model was first introduced on campus, I shared the skepticism of many colleagues, questioning how an approach without traditional consequences could be effective. However, becoming a CARE Educator in 2021 profoundly changed my perspective. Over time, I have seen firsthand how consistently applying CARE principles leads to meaningful change.
As the first female Campus Supervisor, I have had the privilege of building strong developmental relationships with both youth and staff across campus over the past three years. I have worked to integrate CARE principles and practices into the Campus Supervisor team and, more recently, into our Secure Detention program.
I firmly believe that if we continue to embrace this shift in mindset—acting with integrity and always prioritizing the best interests of the children—we will remain a successful, impactful agency for years to come.
