Cornell CARE and the Developmental Interactions Workshop Series

George Junior Republic staff recently completed the first session of the Developmental Interactions Workshop Series, a Cornell CARE-informed training focused on the everyday moments that shape connection, trust, and growth in residential care. Led by experienced trainers from Cornell’s Residential Child Care Project, the workshop encouraged staff to approach daily interactions with greater intention, consistency, and developmental understanding.
